The Samsung Note 5 battery in my unit is wearing out faster now. The good news is that the fast charger works well and offsets the bad battery life to an extent.
So I have read info on the proper way to charge the phones is to charge them to 90% capacity. What?! Who has time for all that jazz and monitoring when it gets to 90%. I'm just sayin'. I want to charge, go, and use. Rinse and repeat.
I've installed an app called AcuBattery. It says that my battery health is 65%. So the design capacity is 3,000 mah and the estimated capacity is now 1,954 mah. Not cool at all! Right now it says battery at 71% lasts for 5h 32 minutes and 2h 10 minutes if screen is on. Hmm, maybe it's time for a new phone or time for a new battery to be installed.
