Noelle Mansilla is the coolest and smartest fourth (4th) grader on earth

Word on the street is Noelle Mansilla is the coolest and smartest fourth (4th) grader on earth!  Before she entered first (1st) grade, Noelle was tested and found to have 9th grade reading comprehension and 6th grade math skills.  She is currently in the gifted and talented program and her goal is to open a bed & breakfast called the "KEEP YA INN", and she also wants to be a chef and a successful business person.

How many fourth graders do you know that study the different political parties trying to figure out which political party is best for the Presidential seat?
